SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the text (SMS/MMS) messaging program operated by Precision HVAC LLC ("Precision HVAC," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
Precision HVAC sends operational text notifications to its own employees and staff about job status, inspection scheduling, load lists, paperwork updates, job assignments, and related field-operations information. Message frequency varies based on job activity.
2. Who Receives Messages
This program is limited to a small internal group of Precision HVAC personnel, currently office managers and on-site job leads, generally fewer than fifteen people in total. No customer, subscriber, prospect, or member of the general public is enrolled, and no one can join this program from this website or from any public sign-up form.
Messages are triggered automatically by our internal job board when a job reaches a defined milestone on its progress bar, so that the responsible manager or lead knows the job has moved to the next stage.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies with job activity. A recipient typically receives fewer than 40 messages per month. Volume rises during heavy construction periods and falls during slow ones. Messages are sent only when a job reaches a milestone, never on a schedule and never in bulk.
4. Sample Messages
Messages are short, operational, and specific to a job. Examples of the kind of message we send:
Precision HVAC: Job 4182, Wright Ave, rough-in complete. Inspection requested for Thu.
Precision HVAC: Job 3907, Canyon Ridge, equipment delivered to site. Load list attached in portal.
Precision HVAC: Job 4210, Blue Lakes, final inspection passed. Paperwork ready for close-out.

5. How You Enroll (Consent)
You are enrolled only if you are an employee or authorized staff member of Precision HVAC and you have provided your mobile number directly to the company. Consent to receive these operational text messages is given verbally and/or in writing at the time of hire or onboarding. There is no public or website sign-up. Mobile numbers are entered manually by the company owner into the company's internal job-board application.
Precision HVAC keeps a written record of each recipient's consent as part of its onboarding paperwork, along with the date consent was given and the date of any opt out.
6. Opting Out (STOP)
Text STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by asking the office to remove your number. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us.
Opting out of this program has no effect on your employment and carries no penalty of any kind.

8. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Precision HVAC does not charge for the messages themselves.
9. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Google Voice, and other carriers, subject to change.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
10. Eligibility
Participation is limited to Precision HVAC employees and authorized staff who are at least eighteen years of age and who use a mobile number they control. This program is not available to the public.
11. No Marketing or Promotional Messages
We do not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or solicitation messages through this program at any time. Every message is an internal operational notification about a Precision HVAC job.
12. Privacy
Your mobile number and messaging information are used only to operate this internal notification program. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
