Precision HVAC is a family owned company in Twin Falls, Idaho. We collect only what we need to answer your question, do your work, or consider you for a job, and we do not sell your information to anyone. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Precision HVAC is a heating, cooling, and hydronics contractor serving Twin Falls and the wider Magic Valley in Idaho. When this policy says we or us, it means Precision HVAC. When it says you, it means anyone who visits this website, contacts us, hires us, or applies to work with us.

We collect information you hand us and a small amount your browser sends automatically.

• When you contact us. Your name, phone number, email address, service address, and whatever you tell us about the work you need.
• When you request maintenance or use the builder portal. The details you enter in those forms, including project information and scheduling preferences.
• When you apply for a job. Your contact details, work history, education, certifications, references, availability, and anything else you choose to include. We do not ask for a Social Security number through this website.
• Automatically. Standard web information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived here.

Why we collect it

We use your information to answer your question, quote and schedule work, order the right equipment, service what we installed, keep warranty records, send invoices, and improve how this website works. If you applied for a job, we use it to evaluate your application and contact you about it.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it.

Job applicants

Applications submitted through this website go to the owner and the service manager. We keep applications on file so we can reach out when a position opens, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

References are only contacted after we have spoken with you. We will not contact a current employer without your permission, which is why the application asks.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that make this website and our business run, and only what those services need.

• Shopify hosts this website.
• Form and database providers deliver and store form submissions so they reach us reliably.
• Analytics providers tell us which pages people read, in aggregate.
• Suppliers and manufacturers receive what is required to register equipment or process a warranty claim.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a person or property.

Regardless of the above, we never share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We keep customer and job records as long as we service the equipment and as long as tax, warranty, and licensing rules require. We keep job applications for a reasonable period so we can consider you for future openings. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We limit who inside the company can see your information, we use reputable providers with encryption in transit, and we do not collect sensitive identifiers through this website. No system is perfect, so if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you as promptly as we are able.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any marketing message using the link in the email or by calling the shop. You can opt out of our internal text-messaging program at any time by replying STOP. Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
